Comments To People

Do u have to accept a person through friend request in order to be able to send them a comment? In other words the only way to post a message is u have to be friends with them right?

You can post a comment to anyone whether he is on your friend list or not. However facebook provides a security features that allows only friends to view or comment on your page. This feature is activated by the page owner.
