Facebook unfortunately does not currently offer personal support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

• Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
  
  
• Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).

• Turn to Facebook's help discussions.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's the contact information:

If you're not sure the charges were authorized, your best course is probably to dispute them with his credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
