These are the best things you have to do.

1. Open your email account which you have used it in creating your facebook
2. Know the specific password that has been changed
3. Login to your facebook account and change your password
4. Deactivate your account by going to the upper right most corner of the facebook page, click settings, and privacy. Click the deactivate account link.
