How Can I Change My Email Address Associated With My Face Book Account

I have an account with my information, pictures and friends and family. I. at the time used my ex boyfriends email address with his permission. Now he has changed the password and is putting up negative and rude remarks on my face book wall...Is there anything I can do to change the email associated with the account and get a new password?
