If the account was deleted (not deactivated), it's gone forever.

If the account was only deactivated, you need to log in as usual. If your old email address is no longer good, consider these suggestions from Facebook:

You could log in with an alternate email address you may have registered with Facebook.
You could try using your username (ex: https://www.facebook.com/username) and password to log in. If you don't know your username, ask a friend to go to your profile (timeline) and find it for you.
