I Have Been Block For Requesting To Many Friends To Fast, I Waited Three Days An

I have been block by facebook for requesting freinds to fast. i have tried a couple of times to see if i can request and a warning comes up saying I'm block. does facebook let you know when you can request again or do i keep trying once and a while?

You have to keep trying. Facebook will typically lift the block within a few days. In the meantime there's unfortunately nothing you can do.
