All you need to do is like login in with your email and password and then it will say if you want to reactivate it then yea you will get back in.

It is just easy to reactivate a disabled facebook account. Just log in to your previous account with the correct password and username. However if you really cannot get in through your previous account, you can message facebook administrator to explain your needs.
