Has My Account Been Hacked???

When I go to look at my profile page, where as it used to come up with just my name in the www. Bit, it is now followed by another name!! Does this mean my account has been hacked?? Please help me as I am worried. I have tried changing my password but still it is coming up!

I don't think so,just because you could access your account it's telling me that you still have full control of your account. It's probobly an upgrade on the fb system. I would not worry about it.
