How To Get An Account That Has Been Blocked/locked, Unblocked/unlocked.

my wife's FaceBook account is blocked/locked. She has done nothing wrong. she got an email from Facebook stating that there is/was suspicious activity regarding her account. she has done everything that FB says to do, but still blocked/locked. Also her cell phone number is not correct. How can she get it changed so that she can get the code?

1. Facebook's spam detection system has determined (rightly or wrongly) suspicious or deceptive activity that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. For a review you can file this form, or, if you're your page's admin, you can go to your page's admin panel and click Appeal.

2. To change the mobile phone number, click the down-arrow icon at the top right of any Facebook page to pull down the account menu, and then go to Account Settings.
