I Want To Close My Facebook Account

i left my ex gf 2 years ago to cause trouble and to get bk at me she changed my password and email address so i cant log in i want to close this account as she using my account and saying she me. and putting pictures of me and her this is causing promblems between me and my new wife i dont use facebook anymore but my wife dos we been to the police who said contact facebook i would be greatfull if u could help me close my account . the email ive sent is my wife and my email address i would be greatful if u can help daniel hall
