Received Notice From Facebook That My Acct. Was Being Plishing-want To Cancel

The man is Bill Morgan with a photo & he's changed all my login info & I can't get into Facebook to cancel my info. How do I reach them? I called their phone # & mailbox is full & no one can email them, either. Thanks, Carol

You need to send Facebook information about the account here so Facebook can look into the issue and take the necessary steps. There's nothng else you can do. Sorry.
