1-650-543-4800 is the number you call for customer service. You push 1 for customer support, 2 for law enforcement, and so on according to the prerecorded message.

You didn't give any indication of what or who's account you are wanting to delete. If it is yours, that can be done through settings and account on your facebook page. If someone else has set up an account, ie supposedly you but not, and they are slandering or hurting your reputation, you probably need to get law enforcement involved.
