Facebook Page Made By Former Friend

We have a band, and a former friend created our Facebook page. He is no longer a friend, and making inappropriate comments about our band, but we have no control because he has the passwords, etc to the page. Can you delete this page for us. It is The Vault Band in Raleigh, NC. We need help
