My Child Is Only Three Years Old, Photos Of My Child Have Been Posted

There are photos of my child who is only three years of age on facebook. I do not want photos of him up on other individuals pages. I have tried asking this individual in person to remove them and they will not. I turned to facebook reporting it, His father and I both agree that the photos need to be removed and we are his parents and have reported it to facebook. I feel that this is exploiting my child. How can i get it off of this persons page if they will not??
