Cancelling My Son's Account.don't Know Password.

You cannot cancel someone else's account.

However, you may report an underage user (under 13 years of age) here. Facebook will promptly delete the account of any user under the age of 13 reported  through that form. This information is from this Facebook page, which you may wish to consult for further guidance.
