Accidentally Deleted My Cell Phone Number From Acct. It Was Also My Password To

in, now I cannot get into my acct and had to start an entire new one. I just want to deactivate my original acct. but I cannot get access to it now! I need help in doing this. How can I log in and deactivate, when I cannot log in?

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. (This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.)
