We are a property management company that manages around 300 long term rental properties in Nassau and Duval county. we sometimes need to have the utilities turned on in between tenancies to perform repair work on the properties. What information do you need on a power of attorney form from the owner that will enable us to have the utilities turned on in the owners name during this vacancy period?
