Taking Funds Off Visa
Im not a customer of Experian,I activated a visa debit march1,2012,I check my balance and I have 2 unauthorized charges on it,from Experian,whom I never heard of in my life.I used my card once to pay a phone bill,and that was it!I was shocked when I seen these charges from Experian,how can they make these charges without me even knowing about it?
