Statute Of Limitations On Credit Reports

My credit report is showing detrimental reports dated 1999 through2005. I can see the 2005 being shown , but the U.S.A. Statute of Limitations is SEVEN YEARS whish as you can see is over in those dsted 1999.How can you correct these items from showing in my report
