Dust/dirt Flies From The Vacuum. Help!

So, I have tried cleaning the Eureka Airspeed One, including the filters and such. However, It is on low carpet and the floor setting, like it should be, but every time I turn it on it shoots dirt and dust everywhere. At first, it wasn't so bad and only did it for a minute when you turned it on. This is when I hard-core cleaned it. However, it's starting to get worse and it's creating more work than there was to start with. It also is leaving trails of dirt on the floor when you stop moving it. Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong with the vacuum? I have tried everything I know to do (which was pretty much check the settings and clean it...)Thanks so much for your time.
