Regarding My Flight Cancelled Status?
I received a mail that my flight got cancelled..My travel date was on December 15 th, 4.40 A.M by EY269.. Booking code HKGHBF... May I know what is the reason behind cancellation and I need to know again from when the service starts?Since I booked my ticket on two way basis, what will be the status regarding refund and on what basis? Only after getting reply from your side, I would be able to proceed with my travel plan accordingly.. Awaiting for your response..
