Frozen Page As Viewing Reports
I have just requested a free credit report and purchased at the same time the $ 7.95 report. However, the first free report page has frozen on the screen and I cannot print it or do anything else. Therefore, I cannot even view my paid report.
So what shall I do in order no to lose everything, especially the paid report. Thanks for your answers
