How To Get Scanner Accessible Within Photoshop Cs 6

I recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and now my Epson Perfection V500 Photo scanner is no longer accessible via the Import menu in Photoshop CS6 (it was always there before the upgrade). How do I get it back there?

It sounds like the scanner isn't installed. You can download and install the latest driver for this scanner from here.
