Question: Can you tell me more about the application and how the projector is being used? Is there anything close to the projector that may be restricting airflow to the projector?

How old is the projector? Can probably help more if I know more.

Good Luck.

Are you using genuine Epson Lamps? There are a number of third-party manufacturers that make lamps, and some do not have nearly the quality control that goes into the OEM lamps. They are less expensive in the short run, but you pay for it down the road.
