my name is fred sarel and I had an experience lately in halfax ns where they would not rent me a car as they said I was on the do not rent list, which by the way is a bad policy to let the front desk girl tell someone they are dnr but not give them the ability to explain or fix, how dangerous could that be one day anyway my file is s and both Cheryl wisely(cus rep) and accountant Richard c comeau of your corporation have both informed me that they cant figure out the 29 dollars that they said I owe from 2012. it sounds odd to me, but odd doesn't describe the 20% of a $2000 trip spent in an airport on a steel bench as there were no cars anywhewre available specifically why I had a reservation for one. now I believe this to be malicious or incompetence on your part hopefully you will find out and inform me. am I or will I be wanting compensation........absolutely my contact is .give me an answer
