Whats Going On?????

Who Do I Speak With In Regards To A Complaint About My Service, About How Long Its Taking For Service To Move, About Why no One told Me The Information I Needed To Know When I First Called To Get My Service Moved, Or How About How Im Suppose To Feed My Children For The Next Week Seeing As Though I Have No Money To Eat Out With, And Why Was I Told My Lights Would Be Turned On Before 5pm On April 27th Then On The 28th I Get Told It Wont Be Til The 30th. Or What About The Fact That I wasnt Told I Needed Verification Til Around 2pm On The 27 Then When I Spoke With A Supervisor (who They Have No Record Of Me Speaking To) She Tells Me To Call And Straighten It Out, And When I Do Call Im Told Theres No Hold And They Dont Need Verification And That My Lights Would Be On Before 5pm On The 27th, Then I Call The Following Day Because There Are Still No Lights And Get Told (yet Again) That I Need Verification, Only This Time They Tell Me That They Have To Call. And Why Didnt They Call Before The 27th Why Did They Call On The 28th. Furthermore Why Am I Being Told That My Lights arent Garunteed To Be Turned On On The 30th That Me And My Childern may Have To Wait Longer? I Thought This Was A Professional Company You Guys Are Not Being Professional At All Please Explain To Me Why I Keep Getting Told This And That...my Only Concern Is For My 6month Old, 1yr Old, 3yr. Old And 4yr. Old They Do Have To Eat Last Time I Checked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
