why do you make it so hard to redeem this. If you type in the energizer.com/giftcard it brings up a bunch of crap to other web sites. need to make it user friendly.

I'm guessing that the offer in question is one of a rebate, and companies often make such offers difficult deliberately, to make them more profitable for the company.
