This is a community Q&A website, not EA games. However, I can get you in the right direction to contact EA.
Unfortunately, EA does not have a number ti call for customer support. However, if you have a facebook or twitter account you can contact EA support through these. They usually reply within 72 hours.

As you may already know, EA's help website pretty much goes in circles when trying to find contact information and I have found this method the best for receiving a response from EA.
