I had to change my hard drives on my computer , and tried several times to enter the product code to get on line. sent you an email, days ago, yet to be answered. I can't get the product key to be accepted it say's it has been used too many times. Typical problems with EA Games as experienced with you early last year. Please tell me why it wont accept the product key, and if not issue with a replacement product key to get back on line. [email protected]  It appears that EA Games have no longer a care for thier customers, all they want to do is sell games with no back up after sales. I along with many others are beginning to think the same way. We cant contact you by phone and you do not appear to respond to emails sent to you.
