You can unlock and reset the unit by the following:

Press and hold either the RINSE ONLY button or the NO HEAT DRY button for 3 seconds while the door is latched. This will unlock the control pad for you, and should reset itself. If not you would need to turn the breaker off to the unit for nothing less than 5 minutes.
