Error Code E36

What does the Error Code E36 on 30" induction cooktop represent?  The cooktop was installed 7 days ago and have used it maybe 4 time and now we have this error code on the left two heating zones.

Typically "E36" means there is a miscommunication with the touch control board and other components in the unit. This is not a typical DIY job since you will need to replace the Control Board (left board).
