Control Touch Pad Problems

the touch panel does not allow the user to turn on anything it beeps back at you but no burner or stove, & thee upper oven isdoor locked The clock setting buttons work and cansel but thats it.. Semms like it it locked up. I have tried turning the power off to it but no change??

Good Morning Nasc! I would first reset your range. First, press and hold User Pref until you reach the factory default reset mode. Lastly, use the +hi and the –lo to toggle to the yes option to reset. If you wish to cancel the reset you would press cancel/off.

After restting your range if the problem still occurs I would contact an authorized servizce provider to diagnose the problem. There could be a miscommunication in the control board. Hope this helps!
