Electrolux 316471100.
I own an Electrolux 316471100 free standing range. I am trying to self clean. I have removed all racks. Pressed upper oven, pressed clean, pressed med and then pressed start. Remove racks continues to blink. There is also an notation that the self cleaning cycle will not start if the control lock is on. How do I know if the control lock is on.
