Flashing Message 'draining' 'no Water'.

During the cycle, the machine will begin to beep twice with a message "Draining, No Water".  Then the timer shows 5 minutes, 4, 3, etc and the machine stops.  Does not happen ever time, maybe every 3 washes.  There seems to be plenty of water and pressure.  Sometimes the soap dish will be full after the wash is done.....same with liquid bleach dish, but not everytime.  I have a full 4 year warrenty.  suggestions?
