I Cant Get My Door To Lock..i Purchased An New Lock But It Still Doesnt Work.

If you have tried to install the new lock yourself, and it is not working, I woudl suggest contacting a service provider. You could either have a connection issue after installation, or have a wiring/control board issue. Either would definitely require a technician to diagnose and repair.

Not a typical DIY job.
