Error Code 11 Keeps Coming On When Started

Hi janeclaus – Typically error code E11 indicates that the unit has detected an issue with the main control board timing out before receiving status of the drain valve. Contact a professional to check the wiring between parts and for further diagnosing. Depending on the diagnoses, either or will need replacing.
