Water Intermittently Stops For Days At A Time.
2 yr old fridge. Had the first one replaced due to major ice dispenser issues. This fridge also makes the horrible 'grandfather clock' sound the first one did. Now the water stops intermitantly for no particular reason. I have changed the filter, shut off fridge and ice maker, then restart. What do I do now. It will just start again for no particular reason...days later. Been happening for about 3 weeks. This isn't covered in the manual.

Hello margiesteingart! Sorry that you are experiencing this water concern. I would recommend a professional assess the unit in its current condition. Other than purging the water from the dispenser area, letting water fill into a few cups back to back to clear the lines, a professional is needed to test the water lines and dispenser controls further.
