Need To Unlock The Lock Mode On Refridgerator Drawer Unit

Hello tpmiller - I suggest pressing and holding the CONTROL LOCK option for three to five seconds to deactivate. If issue continues, then try reprogramming the refrigerator by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. The lock should deactivate. However, if it proves to be ineffective, at this point I strongly recommend connecting with a service provider to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly be experiencing a wiring failure or faulty board.
