My Electrolux Dishwasher Does Not Work ..
the water start loading than it stop and the water drains and all the light start blinking

When the lights blink, do you notice any error codes at all? Typically when the unit does not cycle correctly it is because the door is not latched all the way properly (closed), the timer is faulty or the control board is not communicating correctly with the timer and rest of the unit. It is hard to diagnose yourself if there is no error code. However I would definitely check your plumbing in the kitchen if you have a garbage disposal. Make sure it is not backed up or clogged. Then make sure all connections are tight to the dishwasher and you have plenty of water pressure.
Next, contact Electrolux and see if you have any warranty on the unit and have one of their professionals come out for safety and accuracy reasons.
