I Pull The Dishwasher & Checked: The Drain Pump Is Fully Functional.now,

how I can I validate that it is the contol-board? Is there interlock switch that would prevent the drain-pump to start?

No, there is no switch involved and validating the control board as bad is to rule out all other as the exist no efficient way to test it.
