In order to clean the panels (4) of glass in your Electrolux E30EW85ESS, you'll need to take off the door. The instructions for taking off the door can be found at http://cooking.EnglishManuals.com/double_oven/electrolux/e30ew85ess_1-656161.html

After getting the door off, looking at the bottom of the door, you'll see there's two brackets with 2 Phillips screws each which holds and supports the glass inserts.  Once those brackets are taken off, the glass will slide out.  I sprayed some WD-40 on the rubber gasket holding the glass and this helped the glass slide out.

It's a good idea to put a piece of tape with a number on each of the pieces of glass as you take them out, so you'll remember the order to put them back in.

I hope this helps.  The hardest part is getting the doors back in.  That's what we're working on right now.
