Hello kqubain – Typically error code F21 and F23 indicates that the range is experiencing a communication failure between the EOC and ESEC. Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and this will usually clear most false error codes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately. The certified technician will need to check the harness between parts. Depending on the actual diagnose, EOC may need replacing.
