Ice Will Not Release From The Evaporator In Harvest Mode

Try this
- Start by unplugging the unit. Not only for safety, but to also allow the ice case motor to move freely.
- Next, move the ice case motor all the way forward and then back with your hands. You'll hear a zipping noise and feel some resistance and that's completely normal. If you have trouble moving the ice case, use both hands and pull evenly in the middle.
- Once the ice case is in the back position, plug the unit back in and then turn on the ice maker.
