I Need Help With My Page. Please.

1. Half of my photo's are not uploading. Why, Please? 2. I cannot look at anything. ???? 3. My profile photo takes up the whole background..????? 4. I am on the "almost there" page. I've answered almost 700 question's. This page is still showing a giant dropdown wanting me to do something and I haven't the faintest idea what. All the boxes are checked indicating to me I have finished those section's. There is one without a check in blue, "send a smile"...........to whom???? I tried..clicked on it- nothing. 5. Why do you not have a phone number for tech support? I don't see a phone number for anything. I need HELP. 6. I need this solved ASAP. I need a phone call from you or a phone number to call you. Please. 7. If this is not possible, I want a refund on my money TODAY. I paid over $70 + today via Paypal......also, I tell you what you can do: CANCEL THIS AS O THIS MINUTE. I will report this and someone will be answering me. Thank you very much, Rachel Tarbox
