Motor Is Pulsing
After the unit appears to be charged....when the trigger is engaged the motor runs but pulses instead of a continuous running.

'Pulsing' is almost certainly caused by a partial blockage somewhere in the air flow chain between the roller head and the main body which overloads the suckage. By far the most likely location is the slot behind the roller. Refer to the picture to get you started.
