The Brushes Will Not Spin
rhe suction on the wand works but when vaccum is upright the brushes wont spin and there is no suction

Make sure the stabilizer has snapped into place before using the vacuum upright. If it has, and the brush still won't turn, check the pulley, belt, and motor. Call Dyson support at 1-877-397-6622 for additional support.
