Dynex Dx-wbrdvd1 Wont Play Blu Ray

Is it just a specific Blu-ray or all of them? It may need to be cleaned, and you can use something like this to do so:
If cleaning it does not work, you can try to reset the player by unplugging it from the wall for about a minute & then plug it back in and restore settings back to factory defaults.
If all else fails, you may need to pursue service repair options, and/or replacement-if necessary.
