Dynex Tripod Warranty
mine is deffective..only 8 months old..what do i do?
Got it at best buy and they will not help me. I8t's still under warranty

If it's still under coverage, you should be able to bring it, along with the receipt back to the place of purchase to pursue warranty purposes. Have you tried another store location? Otherwise, I would advise you to call for further assistance.
