Lcd Tv Model Dx-40l261a12. The Lower Half Of My Screen Is Blue.

LCD TV model DX-40L261A12. When on but not in use, the lower half of my screen is blue. When I watch TV, the lower half is green. A color seems to be missing, probably the reds on the lower half. I have unplugged all HDMI devices and cable boxes, and still same issue. I have reset tv to factory defaults as well with no results. Any suggestions?
