Dd Gift Cards
I see that I can re-charge my card(s) or buy a new card, but why can't I find out how much I have left on any card? It is very annoying to think that DD encourages me to purchase or reload my cards, but DD is not allowing me the ease of checking balances on my card(s). This is not demonstrating a customer friendly policy. If I am "buying" a gift card, then you need to tell me how much is left on the balance, online, not my having to make TC to DD only to be told, after your "Welcome" and options by number list that it should be less than a 20 minute wait to speak with a customer rep..

You can also choose to call customer care at 1-800-859-5339 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to report your dissatisfaction with the Gift cards lack of automated balance verification.

You can go into any Dunkin Donuts that allows you to use the gift card and they can check the balance for you and print out a receipt. Also when you use the gift card to purchase something then the balance will appear on the receipt beneath the sale.
The only other way to keep track of your balances is to download the Dunkin app and register and connect the cards to the account. When you open the app it will show you the balance on the card. Just make sure to refresh the balance occasionally to make sure it shows an updated balance.
